Fees
Our fees are generally agreed upon with the client in advance. If the fee is not agreed upon in the exceptional cases, we charge the client with the fees calculated in accordance with a mandatory Czech law No.177/1996 Coll., a decree on attorney fees.
In the cases of representation of our clients in certain court proceedings our services are provided for a success fee which is conditional upon the final result of a court proceedings.
In the case our client is successful in a court proceedings, he is generally entitled to receive reimbursement of his costs of the proceedings by the other party to the court proceedings. The amount of reimbursement is decided upon by the court in accordance with
Czech mandatory law No.484/2000 Coll.
Special fee
We provide a complete legal support to start-up businesses covering a set-up of a limited liability company, obtaining one permit and registration of a company in the company register for a special fee CZK 9,000 excl. VAT.
We also provide a complete legal support to start-up businesses covering a set-up of a joint stock company, legal assistance in selection of appropriate company structure, registration of company in company register, advising on convening and holding of general meeting of shareholders, issuing of shares etc. Our fee is between CZK 40 000,- and approx. CZK 75 000,- (exl. VAT) depending on the extent of each transaction.
